Early Years Foundation Stage Profile
Audience: Nottingham City Reception / F2 Practitioners and PVI's with Rising 5's. This is suitable for anyone who wants to build a better understanding of the statutory processes around the completion of the EYFSP. This could include; Keyworkers, ECT's, Class Teachers or staff who are new, or returning, to teach in F2. Assessment Leads, Managers and SLT are also welcome to join to further their understanding.
Aim: To ensure practitioners are confident making accurate EYFSP assessments.
Course length/sessions: 1x 3 hours session per term, AM & PM session offered per term, 6 sessions across the year.
Cost: Free to Nottingham City Providers Only

This session aims to support the statutory assessment process. During this session we will look at the significant messages of the Early Years Foundation Stage Profile Handbook and talk through the process of completing the EYFS Profile, how to assess those with SEND and look at strategies to ease transition to KS1.
