The course looks at how we can enrich the early years experiences of our children through the most magical interactions to maximise the potential of this unique developmental time. The course shares tips and strategies so that we can support children to reach their potential as adults. Looking at simple mindfulness experiences and therapeutic play, the course shows a wide range of ways in which we can support our children through good times and bad giving them the fundamental resilience and growth mindset to last them a lifetime.
